As our Senior Site Manager based in Chemnitz, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers and partners receive a first-class experience across and near the Chemnitz region, while managing the on-site team.
What you'll do here
Accept all technical and organizational inquiries for all properties in the Chemnitz area and process them professionally with the team on site
Be responsible for the project management of technical, sales and leasing business on site
Plan, prepare and conduct all owners' meetings for the portfolio in Chemnitz in a timely manner
Constantly acquire new management mandates for the Chemnitz area through various channels
Represent Buena to customers and service providers on site
Lead the on-site team, continuously motivating them and inspiring them to provide first-class service
Manage and implement ongoing employee scheduling
Provide monthly full scope reporting for the Chemnitz site
Continuously drive automation and efficiency improvements through the implementation of various projects
Manage the emergency hotline for tenants and owners and handle inquiries accordingly with the on-site team
Monitor and control daily payment and receipt transactions
Ensure site revenue by accurately recording additional services and invoicing accordingly
What you've achieved
Team leadership or other relevant management experience
Strong expertise in property management (SEV, MV, WEG) and underlying processes and services
At least 8-10 years of professional experience in the real estate industry
Garnered excellent communication skills
Earned a degree or completed professional training in the real estate industry
Very good knowledge in the operation of property management software
