About the role
This is a part-time opportunity, based in our beautiful Berlin Mitte office

What you'll do here
Manage incoming mail and e-mail, distribute it to the right departments, and support us in general document organization.
Check and pay invoices and assign them to the right cost centers
Assist us in office management and process food orders
What you've achieved
Completed vocational training or advanced degree
Excellent communication skills in German and English
You can do your best work in a dynamic team
Experience in startup, real estate or customer service is a plus
