As our second Property Manager based in Berlin, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers and partners receive a first-class experience across and near the Berlin region.
What you'll do here
Support our support team with your industry expertise in their daily tasks to ensure the best possible service to both owners and tenants.
Work closely with your team to respond to even the most challenging requests to ensure the best possible customer experience at all times
Assist owners with the transfer and leasing process, as well as ongoing management, with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction
Directly influence our product development efforts: This will involve you working specifically with our product teams and providing feedback on the current roadmap as well as new versions of our product
What you've achieved
Strong expertise in property management (SEV or WEG) and the underlying processes and services.
At least 2-4 years of professional experience in the real estate industry
Garnered excellent communication skills
Earned a degree or completed professional training in the real estate industry
Strong interest in technology
