Buena is building the next generation of digital smart tools for an entrenched industry – property management. It’s stuck in the ‘90s and we’re raising the bar on what it means to own and rent apartments. This starts by putting people first and combining their insights with technology. Join our small, ambitious team as our 3rd designer. You’ll work on everything from customer and business facing apps to design systems to brand identity, and have the opportunity to build and take projects from start-to-finish.

Fluent in German is a plus :)
What you’ll do here
Own a project from kick-off to delivery
Engage in user research (some of our team members are users too!)
Develop use cases and requirements
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
Drive towards shippable solutions through multiple iterations
Partner with engineers and stakeholders
Engage in storytelling and present your work in a clear and compelling way
Receive and give detailed feedback
Contribute to and evolve our design system
What you've achieved
Previous experience designing features or a product, working in direct partnership with engineers and stakeholders
Expertise in both UI and UX Design, with case studies to show for it
