As our Customer Support Agent, you are responsible for ensuring that both our owners and tenants receive a first-class experience.
What you'll do here
Be the first point of contact for Buena's customers and handle any inquiries via email and phone in a structured and efficient manner
Work closely with your team to respond to even the most challenging inquiries to ensure the best possible customer experience at all times
Assist owners in the handover and leasing process as well as ongoing management with the aim of maximizing customer satisfaction
Proactively bring forward your ideas and suggestions to improve our customer service and product
What you've achieved
At least 2-3 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills in German and English
You are communicative, innovative and remain calm even in stressful situations
You are characterized by a positive attitude and solution-oriented behavior
Your way of working is structured and thorough
You can do your best work in a dynamic team
Training as a real estate agent or experience in a startup is a plus
